Dr. Marshall graduated from Syracuse University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He then attended the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, IL and obtained a second Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Biology in 1993 and obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 1994.
He has been in private practice treating patients with manual and light forced adjustive techniques for approximately 19 years.
Currently Dr. Marshall is the Clinical Director of Doctors Plus, here in Fall River, as well as the Clinical Director for TotalHealth in New Bedford.
Dr. Marshall enjoys working with physical therapists as well as massage therapist. Due to this philosophy, patients can enjoy a full array of services at Doctors Plus which include chiropractic care, physical therapy and massage therapy.
Dr. Marshall is happily married and the proud father of three wonderful daughters. Dr. Marshall enjoys practicing martial arts in his free time. He has been training for thirty nine years and instructing for thirty four. Dr. Marshall currently holds the rank of 7th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.
Dr. Hurley graduated from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic in 2007. She graduated magna cum laude and valedictorian of her class. She has been working at Doctors Plus since 2008. Dr. Hurley is interested in sports and played soccer and softball for Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster Pennsylvania. She is currently attempting to learn how to rock climb in her free time.
Dr. Seronick graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. In 2002, she attended the New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY, and obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 2005. She is currently a treating physician at Doctors Plus in Fall River and TotalHealth in New Bedford. Dr. Seronick enjoys working with physical therapists and medical doctors in a multi-disciplinary outpatient setting. Dr. Seronick is currently certified in Active Release Technique. She is currently certified to treat the upper and lower extremities and cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. Active release technique is used to treat many neuromuscular injuries, especially those patients who suffer with peripheral nerve entrapments. She also treats patients with manual and light force adjustment techniques. Dr. Seronick continues to further her education by attending seminars throughout the country.
Tracy is a Nationally Certified Licensed Massage Therapist. She is a 2006 Graduate of the Salter School. Currently she is working at Doctors Plus as a Certified Chiropractic Assistant/Licensed Massage Therapist. She works under the direction of Doctor John Marshall. Also, Tracy works along with our Physical Therapy department.
As a massage therapist in a chiropractic environment, Tracy performs Clinical massage therapy. Massage therapy is the use of manual manipulation of soft tissue to relieve specific complaints of pain and dysfunction. Types of massage other than clinical massage therapy are Swedish (relaxation) massage, deep tissue massage, prenatal massage and myofascial release.
Tracy also enjoys baton twirling and spending time with her wonderful husband and their two wonderful children.
